Elixir will provide a maximum of 4 hires per month while handling their retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual Recruitment &#8211; This includes a contract for specific key profiles\/positions that need to be hired through Elixir. Charges for &#8216;Individual Recruitment&#8217; are 8.33% of the candidates annual salary based on the initial offer letter once they get selected.
